We want your AMORETTA fragrance to reach you as smoothly as it left our hands. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to mainland Portugal, the Portuguese islands (Açores and Madeira), and the rest of Europe. Available destinations are shown at checkout.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping is always free across mainland Portugal, with no minimum order value. Shipping costs for the islands and the rest of Europe are calculated at checkout, based on destination and order weight.
Free shipping applies exclusively to the first delivery attempt. If a new delivery attempt is required for reasons attributable to the recipient, any additional shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
DELIVERY TIMES
Mainland Portugal: 3 to 5 business days.
Islands (Açores and Madeira): 5 to 9 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and start counting from the date your order is dispatched, not the date it was placed.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed and dispatched from Portugal. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow it every step of the way.
DELAYS
AMORETTA is not responsible for delays caused by external couriers, customs, or events beyond our control. If your order is taking longer than expected, contact us and we'll look into it.
